Providing for all your needs, Ice Works is a unique way to make your company's outing a
complete success. We provide meeting rooms, ice time and skates. Customize your day to

Fund
Raising
Benefit Your
School or Organization Through
IceWorks Fund Raising Program
During the school year there are many days
that students have off from school and are looking for something to do. It is during this
time we would like to invite your students to participate in skating and provide a benefit
to your school, PTA, or organization. This type of fundraising provides exercise and fun
for the students in a way that will benefit their school or organization.
Fund Raising Rates
- Groups desiring to hold a fundraiser are given special pricing for groups
of 50 or more skaters.
- Each skater will be charged $6.50* and $2.50* for skate rental.
IceWorks will donate $1.50 to the organization for each person.
- This offer includes anyone that may come to
skate with your group, including friends and relatives.
- Length of skating time varies between 1 ½
and 2 hours depending on the time of the fundraiser.
- OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE are not allowed in the facility.
- Party rooms are available for the group for pre and post party celebrations. Food and Beverage can be arranged at the time of the fundraiser reservation.
- Schools and organizations can reserve fundraiser times for their groups and IceWorks will handle it from there. This is an easy way to make money for your organization throughout the year.

Your group can take a behind the
scenes tour of Ice Works. An Ice Works staff member will take your group throughout our
facility. Lunch and skating time are included.
- Tour, Lunch & 1 Hour of Skating per

or Group Charitable Fundraiser
Throughout our lives almost everyone comes
in contact with an individual or family that is suffering due to a tragedy or serious
illness. Many times these circumstances inspire friends, family and organizations to
elevate compassion and charity to new heights. IceWorks is particularly sensitive to these
dilemmas that effect our families and communities and offers a special way for groups and
organizations to take their fundraising efforts to an higher level.
An IceWorks "Skate-a-thon" is a great way for individuals or company sponsored
groups to raise money for a needy family or organization. Encouraging group participation
in an event that can provide hours of fun and have a significant impact on the lives of
others in need can prove to be a rewarding experience for all.
An IceWorks "Skate-a-thon" is an all night skating event!
In an effort to help groups or organizations raise money for their cause, IceWorks will
advertise your event on our website and street-side announcement sign. In addition, to
help make your event a success, special rental and admissions rates will be applied for
your guests so more money makes it to your cause.
IceWorks requires a minimum of 20 guests
and a preliminary consultation with our event coordinator to make arrangements for this
special event.
