What is Team Excel?
Team Excel is an innovative Bridge Program designed to teach introductory Figure Skating Skills in a groups.
Recreational skaters "bridge" to competitive figure skating. Skaters are introduced to an on and off-ice training program & additional ice time. IceWorks Skating Club membership & benefits are also introduced.

Included?
- Group on & off-ice class
- Off-ice class covers plyometrics, agility, flexibility & off-ice spinning.
- Prices include *ice time, instruction & evaluation. Additional equipment may be
requested by coaching staff.

Equipment:
NO JEANS or baggy clothing. Hair must be neatly tied back.
Skaters must use their own figure skates. New skaters must
bring a 2.5" inch binder to 1st class. |
