Please note that test dates are subject to change so please verify the date before submitting an application.

Applications are due by 5 pm two weeks prior to the test date.

Tests can be withdrawn from the test session for medical reasons only and with a doctor's note. No refunds will be given but another test session will be offered after recovery.

Late applications will only be accepted at the discretion of the test chair 
AND will be charged a $30.00 per TEST (not application) late fee.

Schedules will be posted on the bulletin board at the rink and on the website approximately one week before the test date.
