IceWorks Skating Complex offers
several plans for purchases of ice time for the Summer Academy
Program.
Ice sessions usually
occur on Olympic Rink #2 or NHL Rink #3. All skaters must sign in/pay fee at the Rink front office
before taking the ice.
Skaters may register for the following
yearly ice plans online using a major credit card. When ordering online
you will have the option to charge your card for full payment or for the
amount of the first payment as defined in the payment terms section
below.

ALL Summer Program Packages
include the following:

Unlimited use of the IceWorks
Skating Complex gym during their hours of operation. Skaters
will schedule an initial evaluation and a personalized work out
plan will be developed for them. Maintenance evaluations will be
scheduled by the gym trainers as they see fit, at no additional
charge to the skaters.

1 off-ice level appropriate
class per day. Off-ice classes will include, but not limited to;
Stretching & Flexibility, Ballet, Pilates, Yoga, Ballroom and
Modern Dance.
Available Discounts
The following discounts are available:
- 20% off the price of the second
SIBLING.
- 5% off the total Summer Program
Package is paying IN FULL by June 11, 2010.
- PLEASE NOTE: Discounts are
only available on entire summer packages or those
pre-registering for 9 weeks or more, discounts are not
applicable on daily rates.
On and Off-Ice Sessions will be
divided as follows:
- Low - Pre-Juvenile Free Skating
test and below.
- High - Juvenile Free Skating
test and above.
- Dance - Solo and Team Dancers.
- Restricted - Invitation Only.
- PLEASE NOTE: The Figure
Skating Director reserves the right to add additional levels of
division, split the above levels, and allow skaters to skate on
sessions in which they may not be qualified for, at his
discretion.

Silver Package
with Off-Ice Classes
15 ice sessions per week plus 1 level-appropriate off- ice class daily (45) and 3 level appropriate on ice classes/week.

Payment Terms
If not paying in full,
packages may be paid in 4 equal installments. Applicants must supply IceWorks with a Visa/MC information so the credit card can be charged on the installment dates. Insufficient payments are subject to a $10 penalty per late day. |
Withdrawal from Ice Package
The skater may request to withdraw from the contract in the event of serious medical illness or condition or other extenuating circumstances requiring total withdrawal from IceWorks package plans (such as ice time, office conditioning,). The skater must notify the business office in writing within 30 days of the first day of missed time. Requests to withdraw must be accompanied by an illness-specific physician's note and/or other supporting documentation. Refunds will only be considered for complete loss of session time of four or more consecutive weeks. Refunds are calculated at 75% of the contract for the missed time. |
