Classic
(High
School Alumni Tournament)

December 27th to 31st, 2011
5:30pm - 11:00pm
What is the High School Alumni
Tournament?
It is a newly created tournament where High School players
from the past can reunite with their teammates and play against
their high school rivals in a tournament format. ( I.E. 3 games,
Playoffs, Championship).
What are the requirements and how do I
enter a team?
All players must be at least 18 years of age and you must
have graduated and played for your high schools hockey team.
Is there any paperwork
involved?
Yes, you will need to submit a roster for each team and
every participant (players and coaches) must submit a signed
waiver which can be handed in just before your first game.
You can download the forms below. You can also use
the roster form as a way to keep track of your team and their
individual payments.

When is the Tournament and what time are
the games?
December 27th to 31st 2011, game
times will begin at 5:30pm to 10:15pm.
The Championship rounds will be completed
by 5pm on December 31st so it will not interfere with
your New Years Eve plans.
How are the teams formed?
There are delegates for most of the teams. If you don’t know
your school's delegate simply contact Mary Ann or Jim for
further information. And yes, if you would like to become a
delegate and enter your own team that’s fine.
Are there different divisions?
Yes, The divisions will be tiered similar to men’s league.
Tips for putting a team together:
Most if not all of the teams have some sort of annual alumni
game. Via phone, email, Facebook Etc. Contact your alumni
players and collect a $20 deposit from each player to secure
their spot on your roster. Currently there are several men’s
league teams whose rosters consist of players from the same
school. This makes it even easier to compile a team roster.
